Exchanges and returns
We ship worldwide. As our jewelry is handmade, the preparation time for each order can vary between 1 and 3 days. This delay may vary during periods of overload of orders (particularly during the holiday period). Once prepared, your order will be sent by La Poste in 3-4 working days.
Each order contains the jewelry(s), and protective packaging. As each piece of jewelry is personalized, we do not make any returns, exchanges or refunds unless the order is damaged.
Once your order is delivered, you have 3 days to report a damaged order to our customer service via the following address: info@njbijoux.com (please attach a photo to your email).
After this deadline, no request can be taken into consideration.
